The basic body of the Werkstep workplace mat has a standard size of 60x90 cm; a leading edge of 2 cm will be added.
We produce according to your specifications
As needed, several single mats can be added together with a special glue or can be cut to the required size. Precise adjustment to given areas, cut-outs of any type, customized sizes and design are no problems for us!
Technical feasibility, however must also be guaranteed for individual customer demands in terms of size and shape.
Note the following:
The spacing of the nubs of each Werkstep workplace mat is 2 cm. So that seamless gluing can be guaranteed when the mat has been cut, the individually specified dimensions are rounded to an even number.
Due to the textured underside, the dimensions of the nitrile mat should always be a multitude of the standard size (e. g. 120 x 180 cm).

Equipment of the production carousel with Werkstep workplace mats

The order to design workplace mats for a production carousel was first planned by means of design drawings according to the specifications by the customer. Due to the very high safety and load requirements, the customer decided to choose the Werkstep Drehfit workplace mat.
The production carousel is made up of six equally large parts, the outer contours were cut by water jet, and the inner contours with clothes scissors, as given on the drawing. The high precision finishing of the round outer edge, which was additionally provided with a safety leading edge, posed a particular challenge of this project. This offers more safety at the workstations and also lift trucks can pass over the Werkstep workplace mats. The manufactured segments were put together in the desired shape on site.
